Any additional mileage beyond this limit will be charged at 10p per mile. This ensures flexibility for all our customers while keeping hire costs fair and transparent.

A valid full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years).
A recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
Your National Insurance number (to complete a licence check).
A valid debit or credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit.
Additional identification may be requested if required.
A security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals, starting from a minimum of £300. The exact amount may vary depending on your driving licence and insurance criteria. Deposits are fully refundable upon the safe and satisfactory return of the vehicle.

To confirm your reservation, we will require your driver details and a deposit. You will then receive a booking confirmation with all the details of your hire.
All rentals include a 30-minute grace period for returns. If a vehicle is brought back later than this but within 4 hours after the scheduled return time, an additional hourly charge will apply (up to a maximum of 4 hours). If the vehicle is returned more than 4 hours late, a full day's rental fee will be charged. Please note that these additional charges may differ from the standard daily rate stated in your rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned during office opening hours. Returns made outside of these times will not be checked until the next working day, and an extra day's rental will be applied.

Each vehicle undergoes routine safety checks, inspections, and servicing in line with manufacturer recommendations to ensure reliability and roadworthiness.
